The Bullet of Light is an object that Saga Anderson discovers in a shoebox, within the Dark Place. The shoebox is located near Parliament Tower. It is heavily hinted that Alice Wake is responsible for the bullet's creation, or at least its delivery to Saga. Saga uses the bullet to try and kill Mr. Scratch.
