Steven Lin is the FBC's chief technician in Bright Falls.
Background[]
Steven can optionally be met when Saga heads back to Cauldron Lake. He is repairing an FBC monitoring station. He is there together with Ilmo Koskela who led him to the location. According to Ilmo, the damage of the station is due to big raccoons. In a note inside the station, Lin obviously doesn't believe raccoons are the reason. If Saga hangs around a bit longer, she can overhear Ilmo trying to promote Coffee World by offering Lin a VIP pass to which Lin replies he isn't a big coffee fan. Then Ilmo promotes Ahma beer to which Lin approves.

In the game's text manifest, Steven has an unused ID, Steven_DP, suggesting that he would have played some role in the Initiation chapters. The "DP" postfix is, in all other cases, used to indicate a character who either appears in the Dark Place (ex. Ahti) or has voice lines in Echoes (ex. Tammy and Ed Booker).
