This is a list of easter eggs in other games or media referencing or collaborations with the Alan Wake franchise.

Death Rally[]
- Barry Wheeler and Emerson can sometimes be seen racing against you.
Quantum Break[]
- A chalkboard can be found making reference to the mystery of Alan Wake.
- There is a live-action video titled 'Return' shown on one of the screens in the game, featuring two detectives called Alex Casey and Saga Anderson. The video also featured a mysterious serial killer who shares some similarities to Mr. Scratch, although it was not confirmed.
- During one of Will Joyce's diaries, he can be seen wearing an Old Gods of Asgard shirt.
- During Act 1, there are posters for an Old Gods of Asgard tribute barnd called "Stonecrow" across the Riverport University campus. Paul also wears a Stonecrow shirt during that level. Furthermore, Bright Falls, WA is also listed as the first location in which the bard would perform in their 2016 Balance Tour.
- During Act 2, A copy of The Sudden Stop signed by "the author himself" in dedication to Emily can be found in one of the Monarch Security checkpoints. Another copy (possibly the same one) is also visible in Emily's house during the first live action episode "Monarch Solutions".
- During Act 3, players could find a Monarch employee playing Alan Wake on her station while singing "Children of the Elder God" by Old Gods of Asgard.
- During Act 4, there is an interactable TV that plays a Night Springs easter egg, in which the narrator cannot be located by the showrunners and a voice audition for a replacement is held.
- During Act 4, there is a conversation between two yard worker complaining about working on the forth of July. When the second Worker asked the first what he was going to do with the money he would earn from the extra shift. The worker told him he's "going to buy a tanning bed and live in it".
Control[]
- Since Control takes place directly in the same universe as Alan Wake, it has several connections, references and easter eggs to the franchise.
FBC Firebreak[]
- Since Firebreak is a spinoff of Control, it also takes place in the same universe as Alan Wake and has several references and easter eggs to the Alan Wake franchise.
Fortnite[]
- Due to the collaboration between Epic Games and Remedy Entertainment for Alan Wake 2, Alan Wake was released as a playable skin, which can be unlocked for free by purchasing Alan Wake 2 on the Epic Games store (Until October 2024). The skin, along with Alan's Messenger Bag back bling, Dark Place Lamp pickaxe, and Dark Place wrap can also be purchased on the item shop as part of the Waking Nightmare set.
- A map was also released titled "Alan Wake: Flashback", code 3426-5561-3374, which detailed some of the major plot points of the first game. At the end, an Alan Wake 2 video was shown of Alan rambling about the Dark Presence hunting him and trying to steal his identity with Mr. Scratch.
- The video also appears in Alan Wake 2 as the Writer's Journey video titled "The Dark Presence", although with a different take by Matthew Porretta.
Dead by Daylight[]
- Alan Wake appeared as a playable character in the video game on January 30, 2024. Ilkka Villi and Matthew Porretta both officially provide their likeness and voice for the appearance.
- Saga Anderson, Rose Marigold and Scratch were also available as alternative skins, with Jessica Preddy returning to voice Rose as well.
Rocket League[]
- An Alan Wake bundle was available for a limited time in the item shop, which included a Deerfest themed banner and the ability to change the player's name to "The Writer".
