Cult Stashes is a Points of Interest Case in Alan Wake 2, viewable on the Case Board in Saga Anderson's Mind Place. It covers Saga's overarching investigation into the collectible Cult Stashes left by the Cult of the Tree, and is available after completing the Background Case The Previous Murders and finding any Cult Stash.
