An Invisible is a form of Taken that appears only in The Signal. Instead of like most Taken, an invisible's darkness shield does more then just protect them, these Taken have shields that make them mostly invisible. There appear as just a blurred outline, similar to Tele-flankers when they are sprinting. They can also be identified by the distorted heavy breathing sounds they make.

- The Invisible Taken happen to have a lot of similarities to the Shadows from Alan Wake 2. Coincidently, both are inhabitants of the Dark Place.
