Finders Keepers is an achievement/trophy in Alan Wake. It unlocks after finding 5 of the 30 hidden chests in the game.

To earn this easy achievement, simply shine your flashlight over surfaces, looking for the yellow neon based paint that signifies a chest. This can be earned quite early on in the game.
