Dave is a deputy sheriff living in Bright Falls, who could be heard on the radio in Episode 3: Ransom, but isn't actually seen.
Events of Alan Wake[]
Although Dave made no appearance in the game, he informed that they've arrested both Rose Marigold and Barry Wheeler. He also assists on the manhunt for Alan Wake by order of Robert Nightingale.
